Many Bethesda communities offer a full continuum of care or have a sister Bethesda community nearby with care options available. If your needs change, we work with you and your family to transition to assisted living or memory care so you never have to start over somewhere new. Many of our Memory Care Directors have also achieved the Certified Dementia Practitioner designation, so you can feel confident your loved one is in knowledgeable, experienced hands during every stage of that transition.
