ViewPointe Supports Training & Education at Colorado Parkinson’s Foundation, Inc. Through Grant

ViewPointe Senior Living Community recently awarded a $5,000 grant through its parent company’s Community Benefit Program to the Colorado Parkinson’s Foundation, Inc. Every year, each Bethesda Senior Living Communitiy contributes to one or more worthy causes in its local community regardless of surplus or deficit.
ViewPointe and the Colorado Parkinson’s Foundation, Inc. share a commitment to support Parkinson’s education and care.
Through this grant, the Parkinson’s Foundation, Inc. will provide professional education to loved ones and caregivers and the Foundation’s Annual Symposiums for members, their caregivers and other interested parties. In addition, the grant helps sustain health and wellness programs, meeting expenses and a newsletter for staff and residents.
The Parkinson’s Foundation, Inc. is dependent on the generosity of the community through funding, grants and fundraising for roughly 75% of its annual budget. Grants and fundraising benefit this volunteer 501c3 organization by making the difference for a higher quality of life for Parkinsonians, families and caregivers.
