Team Member Training

Bethesda Senior Living Communities invests in new team members through a thorough hiring and screening process, and an intensive on-boarding program, with peer mentoring for key roles. As a result, we have high employee retention within the senior living field. Many team members enjoy 10 years or more tenure in their communities.

We provide our team members with more than 20 hours of online and face-to-face training every single year. We continually share best practices in resident care, choice, and privacy, as well as the latest in aging research with our teams. BSLC was recently recognized among the top 10% of senior living organizations for investment in team member training and development.
